In 2007 Lake Zurich single family homes sales bettered most of the area market averages as overall sales for last year were down throughout the Chicagoland area as much as 30%, detached single family were at 95% of the prior year and selling prices for Lake Zurich Single Family homes were at 94% of last list price on average.
